Lead the direction of your life and work

Truth comes first

What are you willing to let it change?

A life becomes yours when you inhabit it fully

We enter a world already filled with ideas about who we should become, what we should want and what a successful life is supposed to look like.

Long before we consciously choose our direction, we learn to seek approval, avoid rejection and become who we believe the world will reward. We can grow remarkably capable at building a life that works—and still feel absent from it.

The same can happen in our work. We can achieve, perform and become indispensable while leaving what matters most to us unexplored and unexpressed.

Success can create freedom and possibility. It can also make a direction harder to question. The more we have built, the more there may be to protect—and the easier it becomes to continue along a path that no longer reflects what matters now.

Freedom is the growing ability to meet reality without abandoning yourself—to see honestly, recognize what matters, locate the choices that are yours to make and accept what living accordingly will require.

A beautiful life is not defined only by what you achieve or how it appears. It emerges as your choices reflect your values, your work expresses something real and you become fully present for the people, responsibilities and possibilities that make up your life.

To become unbound is not to escape fear, uncertainty or limitation. It is to stop allowing them to lead the direction of your life.

Let what matters now
shape what comes next.

I work with successful, ambitious people who have reached a point where achievement is no longer the whole question.

Some are facing a consequential decision or transition. Others are already doing well and sense that greater clarity, courage or capability could change what becomes possible from here.

They are not looking to be fixed. They want to see more clearly, make stronger decisions and create what comes next without sacrificing what matters most.

What do you want your life and work to serve now?

Entrepreneurs & Founders

The company is not the only thing you are building. Every decision is also shaping your freedom, your relationships and the life your success will require.

The work is to see what your ambition may be obscuring, decide what deserves authority and build without disappearing inside what you are creating.

Leaders

You already know how to perform, solve problems and carry responsibility.

Now you want to sharpen your judgment, expand your capacity and decide what deserves your attention and authority. The edge is not simply doing more. It is seeing more clearly and leading more deliberately.

People at an inflection point

Something important is changing—or ready to change.

You may be considering a new venture, questioning an existing direction or recognizing a possibility you do not want to approach unconsciously. The work is to meet reality honestly, recognize the choice that is yours and decide what you will give authority from here.

  • I highly recommend working with Tim. As a founder, I was constantly pulled between competing priorities. My plate was always overflowing, and I rarely had the headroom to step back from the day-to-day and lead the business strategically. Tim helped me cut through the noise and focus on what mattered most. He brought three things I badly needed: clarity, focus, and accountability. With his guidance, I strengthened the way the business operated and navigated some challenging team restructures with greater confidence. More than anything, Tim held me accountable for following through on the decisions I knew needed to be made. That structure helped me lead more intentionally, stay the course, and measurably grow the business. If you’re a founder who feels consumed by the day-to-day and wants a clear, structured partner to help you lead and scale, Tim is someone you want in your corner.

—Brent W., Founder & Senior Sales Leader

  • Tim draws out nuanced insights about life, work, purpose and the balance between them, insights that might otherwise go overlooked. The intentions he helped me bring to fruition have had a profound impact, both professionally and personally.

—Benjamin M., President · Industrial Design

  • Ridiculously good at what he does’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Tim. He is direct and firm while remaining kind and deeply committed. During our work together, I doubled my gross revenue for the year and far surpassed my targets.

    —Ben K., Award-Winning Realtor® & Entrepreneur

  • I came to Tim with a deeper understanding of myself, but little clarity about what I wanted to build next. I had done the reflection; I needed to turn it into direction and action. Within weeks, Tim helped me see what mattered most, where I was holding myself back, and who I wanted to become. He has a rare ability to cut through the noise, get to the heart of what is really going on, and help you recognize what is true when you are too close to see it yourself. The biggest shift was in how I made decisions. I stopped choosing what was familiar, safe, or expected and began acting with greater intention, courage, and conviction. I learned to trust myself, bet on myself, and build a life I genuinely wanted to live. The experience changed the trajectory of my life so profoundly that it ultimately inspired me to become a coach myself. I wanted to help others create the kind of transformation Tim helped me create.

—Jessie M., Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive & Coach

  • Working with Tim was my first experience of coaching. It had such a profound impact on me that I later trained as a coach and ran my own coaching business. Tim challenged the patterns holding me back and helped me make meaningful changes in my health and relationships. He is relatable, transparent and never pretends to have everything figured out.

—Phil H., Coach & Business Owner

  • Every conversation with Tim left me feeling clearer, more energized, and motivated to move forward. He brought genuine curiosity and knew how to challenge me without ever being abrasive. He pushed me to question my assumptions, recognize the beliefs that may have been holding me back, and look at situations from perspectives I might not have considered on my own. His questions went beneath the surface and helped me see what was really shaping my decisions. I consistently came away with greater clarity, a stronger sense of direction, and the confidence to act with intention.

See what is true.
Choose what matters.
Live the choice.
Let reality change you.

We begin with what is here: the decision in front of you, the pattern asking to be understood, the possibility you want to create or the next edge you want to develop.

Sometimes something needs to change. Sometimes life is already working and you sense that greater clarity, courage or capability could change what becomes possible. The work does not require a crisis. It requires something that matters enough to examine honestly.

Together, we explore what is shaping your choices, clarify what deserves authority and give that decision a place in how you live and work. Then we learn from what happens—developing the perspective, capability and earned self-trust to meet what comes next from a changed position.

The aim is not perfect certainty, uninterrupted success or endless self-improvement. It is the growing ability to see clearly, choose deliberately, act on what matters and adapt without abandoning yourself.
